REPAIR - In order to ensure our customers are gaining the most from their RED-E-SET product, Production Solutions provides both spare parts in stock, and our 72 Hour Tune Up Service. Simply call our service line, 858-486-1088, let us know when to expect your units and within two days of receipt, we will send them back. The Tune Up includes complete disassembly, cleaning, replacement of all pins, lubricating, reassembly and adjustment. Any spare parts replacement will be quoted separately.
WARRANTY - All products carry a one year warranty. This does not include pins or springs.
SPARE PARTS - Production Solutions makes every effort to stock a full line of spare parts for all of our products, including older models. Pins, springs and spare parts can usually be shipped same or next day, if needed.
